I just completed my exam and the owners of the test center and academy were advising students that the coupon is available b/c they realize the prices have risen exponentially, if you search the forum there are other vouchers like this available but with a different code, please take note as well if you do fail before 10/31/2008, if can use the SECONDCHANCE as the voucher name and Cisco will let you retake the exam if you fail for the first time but its only valid for one additional try and also i I think if you use the 20%voucher the SECONDCHANCE is invalid but i might be mistaken, this I also found out using this forum, so you might have to pay full price to retake the exam.

Here is the deal, I just confirmed from Pearson. I am in India not sure about any other country. Should be applicable for APAC (Asia Pacific Region).
1. The second shot is a free offer from Cisco. Any voucher is applicable with this offer. Provided you take the exam before 15th October.
2. Mostly people will think they will they will sched their exam for 15th and second shot anytime later. BUT NO . The second shot can be taken after 5 days and the last date to take the promotional exam is 18th October. So you would have to schedule the exam in such a way so that you can take the promotional exam on 18th october. What I did I scheduled my exam for 10th October so that I can give the Promotional "SECOND SHOT" on 17th. People would need to call Pearson and tell them that you failed in order to avail the "Second Shot".
I will also post the info in CCNA Section.
I thinks its the best time to go for a CISCO EXAM. Second Shot + 20% Off..
And yeah one more thing DRT ... I am letting everyone use your Voucher code.. So you can benefit the most out of it
