This book is the solution manual of discrete math written by kenneth rosen.
Most Student Solution Guides are nothing but a way for the publisher to sell another book. I generally don't purchase them because they usually contain the same answers that are given in the back of the textbook. This guide gives more details about how the answers were computed. If you find Discrete Mathematics difficult, then this may be a worthwhile purchase. I wanted to use every resource I could. There are free internet math tutorial sites that are invaluable resources for the more difficult areas of Discrete Mathematics. The Solutions guide was an additional resource that I found helpful.
I should point out that I get reimbursed for the books I use for college courses. Even if the money came out of my pocket I believe I would find this a worthwhile investment when compared to the tuition cost of the course.
