I have been trying for over 15 minutes to download your post. IceFile didn't work at all. Crazy ads wouldn't close out, then froze up the screen. I had to reboot. I checked for viruses & spyware but there weren't any so I tried again. File closed out before downloading. I tried it a 3rd time with no success. The other link you chose, Paid4share also sucks. On the 2nd try it started to download and would have taken 25 minutes to complete (for an eBook??
