    The extension is there...CHM...but still doesn't open

right-click on the .chm file, pick "properties" from the options then check "unblock" checkbox, you'll be able to open the file now.

    Wrong Server again! Since several hours all links to rapidshare users folders show the same message :-((

    @Roldan, file opened ok for me, I looked but didn't see "unblock" checkbox. I used Windows Explorer. Which app gave you this checkbox?
@drloveone, it often helps for .chm files to greatly shorten the filename and filepath. Try renaming file and/or moving it closer to root directory.

    why is someone posting bad mirrors for this....? warning do try the user posted mirrors.... great book!

go to wherever you downloaded the file, right-click on it and follow the steps on my previous message. You will see un uncheck box labeled "unblock", check it and "OK" and you'll be able to now OPEN the file and see its contents.
