Making up for distances

I'm a brazilian medical student and about 2 years ago I was recommended this book from a Pediatrics Professor, long after his classes were over I still insisted on buying it and didn't regret. It's contents are more than excelent as well as the format of the book itself. Loads of pictures, loads of colors. Simply Fantastic!



nice share but too much of a hassle where you have to go through an irritating site (rapidfolder.com) with nothing but pop-ups and only to get re-routed at the end to rapidshare. And thats not all, as you still have to download the hjsplit to joint the 4 files after wasting a lot of time where he could have uploaded only 1 file instead. Here is the direct mirror without going through all of this crap:
