Rich, filling, and most of all, plentiful, Russian cuisine is filled with dishes like borsch (beef stew), pirozhki, chicken Kiev, and studen.

Borshch is a rooster stew.

I'm Ukrainian and it is funny for me to hear that such Ukrainian dishes like borshch or Kiev chicken (Kiev is the capital of Ukraine if somebody doesn't know))) are Russian cuisine.

And what borshch is - definetly not any stew at all ))) It is kind of a soup. Never made of rooster!!!! Nonsence!
