Style: Supernatural, present-time, pretty realistic(though it got supernatural themes...), logic/alot of mindworking+ some more I can't remeber right now...



This is a very good manga, both in story, drawings, morale-issues, ending and much much more.

This is a very dark manga and twisting visions of morale and rightousnes. This is suited for teens/adults who doesn't get paranoid, easily upset, loose the grip of reality and morale of the world.





Storyline:

This manga starts with a schoolboy, whoose being tired of all misery, evil, unjustice and villains who goes unpunished in this world, finds a "Death Note".

Death Note is a book. When you write a name in it, the person whose name you wrote will die in 40 seconds out of a heartattack, unless you write something about the cause of death, place and/or time, the death would do so within acceptable conditions.



At first, the boy is very sceptical at this, but the curiosity takes the hold of him and he tries it on some criminals. He get convinced of the powers of the book and gets terrified, but at the same time, he get also overjoyed. Now can he get rid of the criminals in the world, and become God of the new world.



This goes according to his plan, until the previous owner of the Death Note, a shinigami(death-god/mannen med ljåen/styggen sjøl) searches for the note, and so does L. L is the best detective in the world, have 0 unsolved cases and have unlimited bounds of resources, both of money and police, to serve rightousness of this world....
