telnet BBR1 --> then 'control' windows give me:

Hi Tam,
i think you should add this change in your .net file
[[FRSW FRSW]]
1:111 = 3:111
2:112 = 3:112
4:121 = 6:121
5:122 = 6:122
waiting for your feedback

[[FRSW FRSW]]

On page 56 of the study guide, under P1R1#sh ip route it lists rip route 172.31.2.0 via 172.31.1.3. My setup doesn't do this and i assume it is because the frame switch isn't running rip. just started playing with dynamips and I am not able to console into the frame switch. Is there something I'm missing? Is this even possible, thanks in advance for the replies.
you can't telnet the fr-sw. this version use the build-in frame-relay capability of dynamips not the frame-relay emulate one.
Actually the DLCI is wrong. Take a look on the topology image and compare it to the FRSW switch DLCIs in the .net configuration. You have two ways to solve your problem: Changing the DLCIs numbers on the .NET file or configuring the DLCIs on each interface following the topology image. I think changing the config is better.
Below what I did:
On BBR1:
remove the statements of the se1/0.1 as shown below:
no frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.1 111 broadcast
no frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.2 112 broadcast
Add the statements below as shown below:
frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.1 301 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.2 302 broadcast
Now, you have to correct the P1R1:
no frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.3 111 broadcast
frame-relay map ip 172.31.1.3 103 broadcast
It's done!
Note that the DLCI number on each interface must be the local DLCI shown in the topology image. For example, P1R1 S1/0 have to be configured using the DLCI 103. P1R2 se1/0 have to be configured using the DLCI 203 and so on.
The IP address on the frame-relay map must be the neighbor interface address (interface of the remote router).
You have to correct the other routers. (P1R2, P2R1, P2R2, BBR1 and BBR2)
also remove the frame-relay maps of the s1/0.2 interface on BBR1
Actually, I just have tested the correction of BBR1 and P1R1. When I do all corrections, I post here.
Regards,
Hi TubigSuwah, Great share indeed!!
Do you have any labs for ISCW and ONT? I'm sure it'd be appreciated my many here
Hi TubiqSuwah,
Could you please let me know where is the Appendix b.
Thanks and Regards,
IT Professional.
great share.. thanks
I'm started study for the BSCI and I want to do this lab, but I have a question. I have all the files download and I'm using GNS3 and I want to know if I suppose to start the configuration from the beginner. Also, I don't see what is the goal for this lab. I would appreciate if someone tell me what is the goal for this LAB. Thanks
