16 bit application support have been discontinued. what you need is a 16 bit Emulator. DOSBox is one of the better ones. Go google this.
Many softwares can't pass the Installation point in Win XP x64. because the setup validation fails for the OS. u can run by Copy-Pasting the files and (if required) importing registry settings. Although, complex application like Antivruses designed for 32 bit environment are not likely to run.
OK, in Vista the problem is wowexec.exe (NTVDM.EXE in Sysinternals Process Explorer) [which provides 16 bits support] is not being loaded at FIRST. u can't load it manually first either. sometimes if u will load the 16 bit proggie and it fails, if u load it again (after wowexec.exe is prompted and run on 1st try) it MIGHT run but no guarantee. it's best to see if this (above) useful jew-tool is available in 32 bit or go find working emlulator.

Uploading isn't bad. They had 6 months for $30 a while back. I wouldn't pay anything for junk like Uploadbox. Why use junk?

Unfortunately, I can't get part 3 above. For a day I get a message that is is temporarily unavailable. Something is wrong there.
