However, your files were corrupt, e.g.,

enn1-2.rar ---- file corrupt for ...vol 2.pdf
enn3-4.rar ---- file corrupt for ...vol 3.pdf
enn5-6.rar ---- file corrupt for ...vol 5.pdf & ...vol 6.pdf
I did not try the rest of the rar files they were probably corrupt as well.

Could you kindly re-up all the rar files please.

all rapidshare links from ChillPill working well for me, no problem in unrar
i have other version of that book also from 2004 and it seems to be different in the contents

like this version its also not an original file from the book, its also taken from website or DVD - however
in ChillPills files mean that not any working hyperlinks or browsing function avialable but you can open PDF and view every page

i had no failure or corruption message in unrar with winrar 3.71 or opening PDF with Adobe 8.1.3
