The best book available(oops! In fact not easily available)on the subject. It's just a masterpiece. The sort of mathematical formalism is unparalleled. It's a pity it's gone out of print after the dismantling of USSR and only a few used copies are availablein the world. I'd appreciate, if someone who has a copy or has access to a library that has it...........(many are there... just search for it in worldcat.org (For example it's available at Cornell University library))Scans and uploads it on the net. I (and the whole world too, I guess)will be forever be indebted to the contributor, for having preserved this gem of a book. (I did have a copy and how stupid of me, I lost it! Curses be on me!)
