have not downloaded it so am not sure about the link but thanks to the original uploader.

James the link works.The problem is extraction.Use 7zip to open the downloaded file and then extract the 3rd folder in the 7zip file manager.It comes to around 44mb and is in html format but of high quality.If anyone can get alternate link ie pdf format which is smaller in size then guys can download from that.

It is nice to provide thes free links for a variety of sources, but Johnie is right Tot; most of us use RS. Thanxx for the post but please try to add an RS link with the others.
