Dr Philip Eng is Head of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at the Singapore General Hospital, and Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. Dr Foong-Koon Cheah is Chief of Thoracic Radiology at the Singapore General Hospital
