Thank you for trying to help, but if you check you will see this book's ISBN is 0072263555 and the ISBN of the book to which you provided a link is 0072263628. One is the Guide; the other is the Lab Manual.

Reprehensibly my problem remains. Perhaps I'll try an all night download when I go to bed this evening. :)

70 MB from depositfiles is really headache for me.
