    All the links to this excellent book lead to bad RAR files which you have to exract 3 or 4 times and then near the end it says it needs a file that doesn't exist to complete the extraction.

All that's just alot of ball busting aggravating bullshit.

Here is a clean link for this where all you need to do is download one file, extract one file once, and with no password.
