That's prehistory !

This is a great book weather you are a beginner or advanced mountain biker. It has all kinds of tips and tricks to make your riding fun and safe. Written with a great sense of humor. I bought it in 1992 and it is still quite current in the technique and mind set of proper safe riding. If you ride MT bikes this is a treasure!
