Need Nokia Ipso

Hi,

I am planning to work on CheckPoint Products especially on Nokia IPSO. Does anybody have the IPSO Installation CD so that I can install it on VMWare. I tried to download from the website but it was asking a purchase of support. Can anybody share with me the IPSO image? Even a trial version would do the job for me.

Hi,
you won't be able to install IPSO on VMWare. IPSO can only be installed on Nokia Appliances. You may install SPLAT on VMWare, which is a hardened Linux and works as the OS for Checkpoint products. You get a 14-day trial license and you can do whatever you like with this installation.

Thanks for the info. I was not aware of that. Some where I have read that IPSO is a build of FreeBSD. So, thought it would definitely work on VMWare.

I dont have that one. i think you can get 4.2 from the link specified above.

It looks like that site is down now, but when it was up, it had the IPSO and a lot of good documentation

Did anyone get everything off that site before it went down? And can up it to rapidshare?
