Netmasterclass

Description

I see this as the written version of IEATCOD.
This is the complete version only missing the marketing stuff from the first chapter.

As I read my way through the text I will be submitting a newer version from time to time.
The reason for this is that the quality of the text differs from topic to topic, making me believe
that the whole product has been authored by different authors with different capabilities/interest
in text quality.
I have also added one note to make the difference between IPSEC and IPSEC over GRE more to the point.

Please submit any enhancement to this text on this board and I will be reviewing them and eventually
incorporate them in the material if at least two other people agree with the change.

When reading I noticed that the document merging went wrong in several places, sorry guys.
That is why it is wise to delete the old version (or keep it as a backup) and use this new one for your studies.
