"Yes, it is expensive. But I have found no ancient language dictionary which can compare to it in terms of organization, clarity and fullness of example sentences. This dictionary has a format almost identical to "The Shorter Oxford ENGLISH Dictionary". In other words, it is organized like the very best of modern dictionaries. any chance anyone could convert this to PDF?

PDF version is 330 MB. That's why I converted it to DJVU as I explained in my original news but it didn't make it to the main news body text. Let me make it clear, I didn't scan this, I just converted it to DJVU format. It took over 24 hours of unattended run-time on my fastest machine.

Thanks a lot for the post UncleanSpirit. Unfortunately, I had problems with opening the file. When I click on the djvu file,
a djvu window opens with the message "failed to open". I downloaded the two parts again, extracted them but still had the same
problem. Do you have any idea about the possible reasons? Thank you in advance.

Both stand-alone DjVu viewer and IE7 with DjVu plug-in failed to open the file with following error message:

Failed to open D:/Downloads/Oxford Latin Dictionary.djvu/#.bmp0001.djvu

But still thank you for your efforts
