I just bought this book yesterday and I'm happy to share it here!

You might wonder why I only upload the CD..
the CD itself contains all the patterns shown in the book.
So, there's no need to scan the book!

And even though that the CD is a big disappointment for most ppl as it doesn't come with vector files you can use..
However, if you want to use it.. you can extract the flash files from the CD using any flash decompiler program
and then copy it to any image editor program you use, Photoshop for example!

I hope this might be useful for other ppl and that it'll worth the money I spent! haha
