Microfile says on its site "Minimalist sharing over Internet". How true. This is a shit site. I can't get this to work.

    (much later) No it isn't. pa-co's mirror appears to be a mirror of boyclario's download, which is the 2004 book.
That's not to say that the 2004 book isn't worth having - it's a good reference - only many of us already have it.
Thanks boyclario for wasting my time and bandwidth - don't expect me to download any more of your crap until you get your facts straight.

    microfile site is very similar to minishare site. I've downloaded from microfile (you have to wait 30 seconds, then you find the link somewhere to the bottom of the page, with a mark "download" of a red-orange color. If you click this "button", you'll get an Adobe Reader window, so you have to right-click it and use "Save Target as..." or similar. The speed is good.
The book is 2004 edition, of 843 pages long.

    All links produce the same book, not exactly what's advertised  :(
