That's not to say that the 2004 book isn't worth having - it's a good reference - only many of us already have it.

I've downloaded from microfile (you have to wait 30 seconds, then you find the link somewhere to the bottom of the page, with a mark "download" of a red-orange color. If you click this "button", you'll get an Adobe Reader window, so you have to right-click it and use "Save Target as..." or similar. The speed is good.
