i had download this book from "Download from RapidShare". However, when i extract the zip file, a window was pop up and show me " the archive is either in unkown format and damaged". i had been try many times to download it, but i was unsuccessful to open the zip file that i downloaded.
Thus, i hope someone can help me to solve this problem.
