    I couldn'tt see any letters to enter as a no-premium user. Is there someone to shed a light on the problem?

    @jeffgalliano, another RS file I tried downloading stubbornly refused to display an access-file code and displayed a "broken image" icon. Tried again next day and it was ok - probably just a busy access-code server. Hope this helps.

You can find this book on some forums buy I haven't been able to locate a complete one so far :(
