Description : This is a very good book. It is the story of the two Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne. When their father dies, his estate goes to their half-brother, John. Through the kindness of a distant relative, they rent a home: Barton Cottage. There they both experience love and heartbreak, but handle it differently. Elinor with sense and Marianne with sensibility. As in most Austen novels, things turn out well and they both find love and happiness. Not as good as Pride and Prejudice, but enjoyable all the same. I definitely recommend it.
