@avaxmore, would you please include (main) author's name in each post? This helps us identify 2 books which occasionally have same title but different authors. Yes I know ISBN number is unique, but we remember books better by author name. Thanks.

    Confirmed qbert's comment that this is 2nd Ed (2003), not 3rd Ed.

This is still a good book but it's hard to escape the notion that avaxmore's post was deliberately misleading rather than just careless. Unfortunately, this means one or more of us has to download the  book to find out whether or not we already have a copy of this edition.

No apology yet from avaxmore, so be very careful about downloading from any more of his posts. I certainly won't be using his RS or Depositfiles mirrors.


    This is SECOND addition. It is not the first edition (al least the fileshare mirror proves it).
