The solutions manual to "Introduction to Linear Algebra" has already been posted here (thanks to muyace):

and the RS link is still alive so you can use it as a mirror.

However, I have never seen the original textbook "Introduction to Linear Algebra" nor the Instructor's manual for "Linear Algebra and its Applications" anywhere on the Internet, and since neither is much use without the other this is undesirable (for want of a better word).

I just searched the usual haunts to see if one or the other is around, but so far no luck. Maybe someone has the book + manual for either publication.
