Simple and straightforward
I like this book for its simplicity and getting straight to the point of what to do, as well as what not to do, with this disease. I keep the list of things to avoid eating on my kitchen cabinet as a daily reminder. I found this book to be very helpful to me in my treatment and management of acid reflux, along with the information provided with my Prevacid prescription.

If somebody wants to download from posted links because of any convenience or any private reason , will do it anyway.
If does not and likes the post, then it becomes a kind of blackmail, why to make her/him annoyed with .....no slots free for your country, wait 58 minutes ,0 bytes files, pay and then the slots will be free, downloads with 4kbps..........etc?
If the reason is to make RS aware that became a little bit fascist,(it continues though to be the best hoster and the most professional) there are other ways to do that, by not renewing the account for one week for example.Because by not doing so,means by choosing other methods, instead of being puniched RS is punished the forum.
