This book is almost religious to me. It is great for when you get bored or "stuck" feeling doing the normal practice routine of scales and exercises. It really can set the mind free. I have seen so many new possibilities in my playing through this book. And it's fun as well. You need to be a little "right-brained" and open minded to really benefit probably, but this is the best guitar book I have ever owned.
