Description
Phil Elmore, "The Homeless Threat: Dealing with Street People"
ISBN: N/A | 2008 | 72 Pages | PDF | 1 Mb
The overwhelming majority of people you meet have no designs on you other than the obvious. Almost everyone who interacts with you wishes you no harm. The probability that you will be the victim of a violent crime is, thankfully, relatively low, and many if not most people will go through their whole lives never experiencing a violent crime in any meaningful way. The problem is that the possibility you could become the victim of such a crime is real and significant.
Please do not post mirrors as per rules.
Only in america could you publish a book as appalling as this.
Richest country on earth, yet most homeless because theyre cold bastards who dont care.
stylemessiah: did you know that Richard Recindez AKA Richard Ramirez(though NOT the "Night Stalker") was a homeless man who also happened to be a serial killer? Probably not. Well he killed two women in my city who were friends. So, yeah, we don't care about staying alive because there are some people who have absolutely nothing to lose if they kill you and 1,000 of your friends. They've already figured out that they're not going to be rich or accepted so they turn to violence.
Next time just STFU.
Yeah, have to agreee with stylemessiah, this one wins the 2008 FUD award.
FUD, FUD and yet more FUD.
But then again this crap is written by Phil Elmore, who prides himself
with; "I can write anything you require" and "If you need a ghostwriter
because you have an idea but can't put it into words, I can help you."

@technoshaman, Resendez was a travelling psychopath. Why are you trying to
link him to regular homeless people?
