A good and simple way to export DjVu files as a seperate pdf file is by going to Print command in DjVu Viewer application that I downloaded from official LizardTech webpage. There, in Print dialog you want to set Printer as PDF printer. And thats it. Adobe Destiller does the job afterwards.
I'm glad if this helped someone because Export as BMP file in DjVu Viewer did not work for me.
