The book opens with a basic tour of the essential concepts and modeling diagrams used in UML, including class diagrams, use case diagrams, and basic modeling principles. The authors pay close attention to modeling classes (and documenting the relationships between classes) as well as use case diagrams (which show how software will be used by various actors in a system). This book mixes in a little software-engineering theory, too, but it makes use of clear examples and actual UML diagrams to illustrate key concepts.

Patxi:  I don't know why you're saying that there are no figures included in this eBook, but I can asure you that the images are there. I had no problem viewing the figures in this eBook. There must be something wrong on your end. Please be advised that MS Windows' CHM reading utility is dependant on your Internet Explorer settings. You may want to check your IE settings (just a thought ... ^_^_).

    Mikeyr: I have a Mac PowerBook G4 and use CHM Viewer to read the file. Usually I have no problems reading CHM files but I cannot read this one.
I tried another converter program (to transform CHM to HTLM and finally get a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat, but got the same problem.
I don't know what happen with these 3 files

    try shortening the name.
