What does the inside of a human body look like? Until now such images were only available in hard-to-find publications that the average person could not afford. The Visual Man CD-ROM contains over 1800 cross-section images of a male body. To obtain these images, the body of an executed murderer was embedded in gelatin, frozen, sliced crosswise into more than 1800 millimeter slices, then digitally photographed ¡ª resulting in over 15 gigabytes of data. These images were then converted to 24-bit JPEG format to fit onto a single CD-ROM. Included is an easy-to-use Windows interface that runs direct from the the CD-ROM. This interface allows you to fully explore the body and to view the various cross-sections.

    Corrupt

    Well, only half there!   Part 2 file shows up as "Deleted by User"     Look forward to seeing this.   Thanks

    Please can we have part 2?

This app is too good to miss.

    It seems the part2 file got corrupted during the upload process. I uploaded it again, downloaded it, and verified that its okay. The part1 file is okay. Here's the new link for part2:

    I have downloaded Part 1 and the new Part 2, and get a CRC error with the latest version of WinRAR.

I verified the uploads by downloading both files from RS and there were no problems.

CRC errors are often caused by a mistyped password. Check that you typed the password correctly, and if that doesn't work try downloading the files again.

THE FILE IS OKEY NOW

    crc error happens because of recompressing the files and only post part 2 which is not compatible with part 1 of the old compressed file

    I have downloaded both files, 3 times, without any difficulty.
With any combination of these 2 files, and using the correct password and the latest version of winRAR, I get a CRC error every time.

I don't know what to tell you. I and others have downloaded them and the files have been fine. I used WinRAR v3.51 to build the RAR files. Maybe try copy & paste the password (make sure there is no leading or trailing blank). Also try using the Repair function in WinRAR (there are also 3rd party tools that do this).

    I have downloaded the files today, and seems to be working fine for me, too (with WinRar 3.51). Thanks for the upload!
