Among other things, it shows some of Hitler's paintings, some architectural designs by Nazis, etc. It also makes the point that many 'failed artists' ended up in the Nazi government, and decided the fates of some artists and works of art that did not suit their 'vision'...
The documentary is not a masterpiece, but proves (for those who need proof) that some 'cultured' people can indeed be more murderous than the worst 'savages'.
