Willing To Volunteer For Downloading Stuff And Sending It Thru

[/size]Hi !! Active forum people/ Members/Contributors,




I have experienced as to how tough it is downloading the 46 parts of Solaris10 CBTs and finally got unlucky not able to open up the files downloaded due to some errors and real bad luck when the files were deleted completely from RS.

I myself went thru all tweaking cracking stuff for RS accounts etc etc like Grabber, MAC Spoofing and what not. Having done all these ISPs always offer unfriendly packages like either more bandwith for less download or more download for less bandwidth. Finally if one manages to overcome all these , the files on the hosting server all deleted for some silly reason.

I HAVE COME UP WITH AN IDEA OF MAKING THIS FORUM A BETTER PLACE WITH EVERYONE'S CONSENT AND SUPPORT IN THIS FORUM,WITHOUT WHICH IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR A SINGLE PERSON.


THE IDEA IN ITS CRUDE/RAW FORM IS LIKE THIS...........


" I CAN COURIER THE DOWNLOADED STUFF POSTED IN THIS FORUM THROUGH CDs/DVDs ANYWHERE IN INDIA (ONLY INDIA, FOR TIME BEING) and LIMITED IN QUANTITY ALSO FOR THE TIME BEING"


SO I WANT THE FORUM'S MODERATOR OTHER ACTIVE MEMBERS TO DECIDE ON THE MODALITIES AS THIS CANNOT BE PURELY FREE AS IT INVOLVES MY TIME, CD/DVD COSTS, GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION (PROBABLY LIKE AN "SDSL(DEDICATED LINE)" TO SAY THE LEAST APART FROM A SERVICE GESTURE AND A THOUGHT OF NOT WASTING PRECIOUS TIME ON DOWNLOADING RATHER THAN LEARNING WHICH ALWAYS HAS A HIGHER PRIORITY THAN AYTHING ELSE.


For example, if Solaris CBTs are to be sent to all the requested members, it can be sent for prices as low as Rs300 (inclusive of everything). I think its a fair deal and THERE IS NO PROFIT MOTTO WITH THIS SERVICE WHATSOEVER EXCEPT TO AVOID THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF DOWNLOADING HUGE FILES FROM HOSTING SERVERS AT A SNAILS PACE.


I WANT ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT IN MAKING LEARNING A TOP PRIORITY THAN WASTING TIME ON DOWNLOADING. PLEASE ADD YOUR COMMENTS IN MAKING MY IDEA MORE BETTER WITH ALL OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND HOPE WE CAN CONSOLIDATE ON THIS TOO IF WE CAN REACH A WORKING MODEL.
