tesi di laurea in ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni. si è progettato e realizzato un transistore ad effetto di campo con struttura ibrida, substrato inorganico [bad metal, high-k, alta costante dielettrica] di titanato di stronzio, uno strato di rutenato di stronzio, strato organico di pentacene. la crescita epitassiale è stata effettuata con tecniche a laser pulsato [pulsed laser deposition e molecular beam epitaxy], che grazie alla diagnostica in-situ rheed [reflection high energy electron diffraction] permette di controllare la deposizione con risoluzione pari all’altezza di una cella cristallina del materiale sintetizzato. i prototipi sono stati caratterizzati con diffrazione a raggi x [per verificare la bontà dei materiali componenti la struttura cresciuta], misure elettriche [per la determinazione delle caratteristiche tensione/corrente del dispositivo], microscopia a forza atomica ed a scansione elettronica [per eventuali imperfezioni della superficie che potrebbero causare perdite]. per la prosecuzione verso un secondo stadio del progetto, si è ancora in attesa di fondi.
