ebook in pdb format, HELP?

hi , sorry for intruding, but I am desperately needing some help. I've downloaded this ebook (the oxford textbook of medicine), but it's in pdb format. I've never seen this before. I've also done some searches on the net and found that it's the format for some molecular file.

if anyone knows how to read this pdb file, please shed some light.
